All purchases of online plans are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read through these before purchasing any of our products.

Our online coaches do not provide medical advice. Information provided on the site is not a replacement for medical advice. Always consult your GP before making drastic changes to your diet and exercise routine.

 

Sales Policy

If you have purchased a plan, but not activated it within 14 days of purchase date, you are able to request a full refund by writing in to us via the contact us page or email us at bodyprepco@gmail.com.

A plan will become activated following the initial consultation with one of our coaches, as all our plans are bespoke to each individual.

If a plan has been created following the initial consultation, but the customer has failed to make contact or respond to the coach, the programme length continues and cannot be extended.

CIients will attend weekly check-ins at the pre-agreed time with the coach.

If check-ins appointments have not been attended without prior notice this does not extend the length of the programme.

If you are injured or ill, then plans may be put on hold. Please contact us with any concerns as soon as possible, so that we are able to do so. 

Customers are responsible for results gained through our plans. Refunds will not be given if a customer does not achieve their desired goal.

BodyPrep Co’s. commitment

BodyPrep Co. will provide coaching sessions throughout the selected length of the programmes.

BodyPrep Co. will provide coaching that is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal goals, and to develop and carry out a plan/strategy for moving towards those goals.  

BodyPrep Co. will attempt to make contact in time for client check-ins to ensure they can attend at the appointed time. 

Information

In order to create a bespoke and appropriate plan, we will need to collect several pieces of information. This will include, but not limited to; name, address, email, age, weight, height, activity levels, dietary requirements. Please ensure that the details given are correct, as this may affect the plan created and communication between us and you (the customer).

Other information gathered through online forms, emails, or phone communication with the team, may be kept on file. Photos are used to monitor progress, and will need to be taken in swimwear, or fitted clothing, so that they can be analysed. We take privacy very seriously, and ensure that photos are stored securely. 

Access to information

You may request access to any stored information we have in relation to you by writing in to us via the contact us page or email us at bodyprepco@gmail.com.

Use of Information

We do not sell, disclose or release any personal information. Photos will only be posted on social media and the Body Prep Co. website with permission from the individual. 

Age limit

Any customers who are under 18, will require written consent from a parent or guardian. If a parent or guardian wishes to register on behalf of their charge, then please include this information in your initial consultation.
