Are online consultations as affective as call outs?

Yes, there are many advantages to online consultations, our dietitians and coaches can consult you via emails and instant messaging, which is quick and efficient. They will book you in for slots and call you accordingly. We have found this method very effective and our customers have responded really well to it. Furthermore with online consultations, it makes it easier for our dietitians and coaches to respond to urgent queries. They are equipped with appropriate knowledge and tools to assess the needs of a wide range of clients without physically seeing them.

How will I know what package to sign up to?

This will vary depending on your current circumstance; however our customer service team will be able to provide a rough indication by discussing your goals.

Will I get a refund if I don’t see results?

This depends on the circumstance. We have a very good track record and have employed the appropriate professionals who are experts in their fields. Before signing up, we ask everyone to read our terms and conditions carefully. After purchasing a product, we will assume that our terms and conditions have been agreed to. Our team will only be able to coach and guide you, the results will be determined by the effort and consistency put in by clients.

Can I have an online consultation without purchasing a package?

If you are unsure about the package you need to purchase, then we will have one of our online coaches contact you and talk you through the whole process. A mini consultation will be conducted, allowing our team to guide you in the best way possible.

Do I have to send pictures in whilst on an online coaching programme?

Our online coaches and dietitians use pictures in addition to other forms of information to adjust your programme where necessary. We understand that not everyone will be comfortable in sending pictures, In these cases, we ask our clients to send pictures in fitted clothes, to help track progress.

Are all transformations posted on social media?

We gather consent from our clients prior to posting them on our social media platforms.

What if I can’t go to the gym, can I still sign up to an online coaching programme?

Yes, nutrition and lifestyle are the primary elements to losing weight. However, we do encourage some form of physical activity where possible. Our online coaches can provide gym or home workouts. They can also provide a list of day to day activities that can encourage physical movement as there are a range of health benefits in doing so.

Do I have to drink protein shakes or other supplements?

Not always, if clients do not like certain supplements, our coaches will ensure they get adequate nutrition solely from food. Supplementation is only an aid in getting in certain nutrients, especially when clients struggle with food intake.
