The BodyPrep Co. aims to improve their wellbeing, targeting nutrition, physical activity and overall balance. We aspire to conduct a holistic approach when looking at wellness. We analyse each client’s lifestyle, aim to motivate, educate and most importantly, help them achieve their goals.
As many of us know, there are various fitness and weight loss programs available. However, many may not provide the support required to navigate the complexities of day to day life, whether this be stress or a disruption to your routine. These factors affect consistency which in turn hinders progress. It is easy adhering to a plan when things are going well, but how do you ensure consistency when life throws hurdles your way. This is where BodyPrep Co. differs. We aim to educate clients on how to make long term sustainable changes.

Gaining insight into the lifestyle of our clients
We conduct an in-depth consultation over the phone with all of our clients to ensure that we gather information to cover the lifestyle of each individual. This includes their day to day routine, eating habits and preferences.
One simply cannot follow a generic nutrition plan as such a diet will not be sustainable in the long run. We help all of our clients to learn how to reach their goals in a healthy way both psychically and psychologically.
Day to day support
All of our clients are able to directly contact their coach. This is probably one of the most important elements to online coaching. Have you ever had a moment when you’re trying to follow a plan but have to go out with family/friends for a meal or you forgot to prep your meal in advance and end up trying to guess and decide what will be best to eat? With the support at hand we can help eliminate that stress and having a coach at hand will help take out the guess work to ensure that you continue to make progress regardless of what obstacles come in the way.
Weekly check in’s and reviews
To ensure clients continue to progress, weekly reviews are vital. This is where our coaches will review the progress and make any adjustments to the plans. This also helps motivate our clients as it encourages accountability.
Long lasting results
It’s not a matter of simply following a plan, we help to educate all of our clients to help them gain a better grasp of nutrition and understand the basics. We help them understand the reasons why we advise them to eat in a certain way and help them understand their body’s a lot better. This results in them being able to easily maintain what they have worked really hard to achieve without stressing about returning to their old ways.
