This 4-week programme is great for those that would like to try our services before committing to a longer period of time. You will be surprised by the results you can achieve in such a small-time frame with the right guidance.
All of our plans include the following:
• An initial phone call with our head coach. This will allow us to gather as much information as possible about your lifestyle, including daily routine, eating habits, preferences for food and any other important information we may need to know.
• Bespoke nutrition plan which will be based on your lifestyle and preferences, you will not be made to eat foods you don’t like.
• Daily support via WhatsApp or email depending on your preference.
• Weekly check-ins to help review your progress and make sure you avoid reaching a plateau and help you make consistent progress.
